Perfect condition.  Note these do not include the lower quick release straps that are required to attach the lower part of the shoulder straps to the frame.  If you need Quick Release Straps see my other listing #292070438766.  these straps have been stored together in a large bin so some may have the paint on the quick release tab strap scratched from coming in contact with each other.  When I purchased these shoulder straps, they did NOT come with the standard factory upper strap tab that allows you to cinch down the shoulder straps engaging the load lifter/leveler system.  I will supply you with the original issue style strap or one of the systems I use as a replacement.  These range from the issued style load lifters to an advanced design that allows you to fast dump the pouch from the top, which is an advantage.  If you have a preference, please advise me when you purchase.  The parts are all USGI issue and will hold up as good or better than the original design.
